If you are interested in hosting a Sandi Simons Clinic in your area, here is some information to help assist you with some questions you might have,

It doesn’t cost anything for Sandi to be there and the office will handle all the bookings collecting money etc, , 8 participants is an ideal number but up to 10 is ok and unlimited spectators , clinics are held over 2 days, but Sandi can do more days on request, Clinics times normally run from 9:30am to 4pm.

Once we organize a date with you, if you don’t have a venue already, we ask if you could please research one for us in your local area, we will need to know prices and facilities available, for example we need to know info like,

• Arena size and is it well fenced, indoor or outdoor?
• Is there a round yard?
• Is there yards or stables to keep horses in during the clinic and how many, can they be used for overnight? Cost per horse?
• Is there camping for participants etc (powered or not)? Cost per person
• Is there a Kitchen or tea and coffee area?
• Any other facilities available?

Once we have locked in a suitable venue and date, we will then ask you to book it in or pass our contact office details onto the venue as we will need any payment details/invoice and if they require a deposit.

The office will then make up an advertising flyer for the clinic and we ask if you can promote and distribute it through all of your local social media outlets etc.
